First-Year Student Family Weekend

Caltech is thrilled to welcome the families of our first-year undergraduate students to experience various aspects of campus life during the 2026 Family Weekend!
Throughout the weekend, first-year families and students are welcome to attend a faculty talk, student panel, receptions, information sessions, jazz concert, and much more, while exploring campus, Pasadena and other surrounding areas.
The weekend's programming is designed for families to spend time with your student and see firsthand where your student lives, studies, and socializes, while also connecting with key campus partners that are invested in your student's success at Caltech.
We hope that you can join us for Family Weekend in the winter!
Family Weekend 2025 is Friday, January 30 - Sunday, February 1, 2026.
