First-Year Student Family Weekend

Family Weekend Class of 2030

Family Weekend: January 29-31, 2027
Registration to open November 2026

Caltech is thrilled to welcome the families of our first-year undergraduate students to campus for 2027 Family Weekend!

Throughout the weekend, families and students will have the opportunity to experience many aspects of campus life through a variety of programs and events, including faculty talks, student panels, a jazz concert, receptions, information sessions, campus tours, and more.

Family Weekend is designed to give families the opportunity to spend meaningful time with their students while getting a firsthand look at where they live, study, and socialize. Families will also have opportunities to connect with campus partners who support and contribute to their students' success at Caltech.

More information about the weekend's events and programming will be shared in November 2026. We look forward to welcoming you to campus!
