Student Leadership
Student leadership represents one of the greatest learning opportunities for students at Caltech.
We encourage all students to consider how they will be active participants in our community by seeking leadership in student groups and activities across all areas of campus. Leadership opportunities at Caltech include positions in student government bodies, club officer positions, or volunteering with the Caltech Y to provide services to our local community.
Student and Family Engagement holds an annual Leadership Series to introduce student leaders to their roles and introduce them to resources to support their work. Visit the Leadership Series page for more information about this year's events.
Below you will find directories for this year's student leaders in ASCIT (Associated Students of the California Institute of Technology), IHC (Interhouse Committee, a subcommittee of ASCIT), and GSC (Graduate Student Council). These students are excellent points of contact for engagement in campus activities. We encourage you to reach out to the student leaders in your area and check out the links below to learn more about the leadership opportunities available to you during your time at Caltech.
