Leadership Week is a program designed to prepare undergraduate student leaders for their roles by providing training, resources, and opportunities to connect with campus partners and fellow student leaders.
Leadership Week 2026 will take place April 13-17, 2026. The full schedule and session details will be shared with student leaders in advance.
Sessions may include topics such as leadership expectations, campus resources and partnerships, event planning, financial processes, emergency preparedness, strategies for supporting peers, and more.
Pre-registration for Leadership Week sessions is not required, however participants may be required to sign in at individual sessions.

Monday, April 13th

This session introduces leadership week and includes an interactive activity for student leaders.
Tuesday, April 14
How to Get Things Done, 12pm-1pm, Hameetman Center MPR *Lunch Provided*
Presented by: Felicia Hunt, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Student Experience
This session reviews how to get things done and who on campus to work with in the process.
Partnering with your RLC, 5pm-6pm, Hameetman Center MPR *Dinner Provided*

This session will review important financial processes and provide resources for managing house funds.
Equity & Title IX: Resources for Student Leaders, 5pm-6pm, Hameetman Center MPR *Dinner Provided*

This session will feature information related to Conduct at Caltech and how student leaders can engage in the process.
Thursday, April 16

This session will highlight the different processes that student leaders work with the Housing Office on, including the housing lottery, filling vacancies, events, etc.
Emergency Preparedness & Campus Security, 5pm-6:30pm, Hameetman Center MPR *Dinner Provided*

This session will cover important emergency preparedness information for students and how Caltech Security supports campus and students.
